Please read these terms carefully before booking a grooming session with Pawdora.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a grooming appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but availability is not guaranteed.
Appointment duration is an estimate. Complex grooming needs (matting, anxious dogs, or special handling) may require additional time.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as the appointment time was reserved exclusively for your pet.
4. Your Pet's Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioural concerns before the appointment. This helps us provide safe, fear-free grooming tailored to your pet.
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk to our team or other animals.
5. Grooming Results
We will always groom your pet to the highest standard possible. However, results depend on your pet's coat condition, temperament, and health. Severely matted coats may require a short clip for your pet's comfort and safety — we will always discuss this with you beforehand.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed on our Services & Pricing page and may vary based on breed, coat condition, and services requested. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or before grooming begins.
Payment is due at the time of service.
7. Liability
We take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety. However, grooming involves inherent risks (minor nicks, skin irritation, or stress reactions). We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming.
If any issue arises during a session, we will notify you immediately and, if needed, recommend veterinary attention.
8. Photos & Media
We may photograph or video pets during grooming for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you would prefer your pet not be featured, please let us know at the time of booking.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
