A Bath & Signature Care takes about 1hr 45min, a Mini Groom around 2hr, and a Full Groom approximately 2hr 30min. Times may vary depending on breed, coat condition, and temperament.

We'll assess the matting when your pup arrives. Light matting is included in Mini and Full Groom packages. Severe matting may require additional de-matting time at $10 per 10 minutes. We'll always discuss this with you first.

We keep it small on purpose. Each pup has their own dedicated groomer, with no more than two dogs in the studio at once. No cages, no waiting around with other dogs. It's a calmer, safer, and more personalised experience.

We use premium, organic, and natural grooming products that are gentle on sensitive skin. If your dog has allergies or specific needs, let us know and we'll adjust.

We recommend booking at least a few days ahead, especially for weekends. You can book via email or call us.
