Our Story
Pawdora is a personalized dog grooming studio run by Rachel and Xiaoli, along with their furry co-founders Leo and Teddy. We believe every dog deserves to be groomed with love, patience, and premium products rather than shuffled through a factory line. Each pup has their own dedicated groomer, with no more than two dogs in the studio at once. At Pawdora, every paw truly matters.

Rachel has been working with dogs for over a decade. Certified in fear-free handling, she believes every groom should feel calm and comfortable rather than stressful. When she's not scissoring a perfect teddy-bear cut, you'll find her hiking with Leo.

Xiaoli brings care and precision to every groom at Pawdora. When she's not at the grooming table, she's sourcing the best organic products and making sure every visit runs smoothly. A reformed cat person, she was converted the moment Teddy fell asleep in her lap.

Leo's job is simple: greet every dog at the door and steal treats from the grooming table when no one's looking. He's an expert at making nervous first-timers feel right at home.

Before any treat is offered to a client's pup, Teddy personally tests it for quality, crunch, and overall deliciousness. He takes his role very seriously and has never rejected a sample.
